My Account Help

Once you have registered, you can use the secure My Account section of the Artizans Download Zone to track your account online. Use this section to adjust your personal information and to view information regarding your past purchases.

On the My Account page you can:
  • update your personal contact information.
  • check if you previously downloaded an image.
  • re-download images for up to 96 hours after purchase.
  • change and/or retrieve password.
  • view images you've previously downloaded, the dates they were purchased, and your monthly totals.
