Help: Conflict Check

Conflict Check

Conflict Check eliminates the worry of a competing publication publishing the same image you have chosen. Conflict Check is located on the left-hand side of the Product Information page. Use Conflict Check when you're ready to buy a Download Zone image and want to verify whether:
  • a competitor has downloaded an image or
  • warn competitors that you intend to use the image on a particular date.
During our office hours we'll check the sales history of the image you've chosen against the publication(s) you've indicated or monitor an image in case a competitor tries to download it. You simply enter your name, your organization/publication, your e-mail address, your phone number and the competitor(s) you would like us to check.

We will inform you if a competing publication has previously downloaded the image or we'll advise them that you intend to use the image on a certain date.

There is a $5.00 service fee for each Conflict Check. This fee will be deducted from your total when you purchase the image or waived entirely if our check reveals a conflict. In the event of an error, Artizans' liability shall be limited to the amount that Artizans received from the client for the Conflict Check.
